I just shotgunned a whole can of this, good enough for you?

Funnily enough i wear a helmet everywhere i go, as that is just plain logic in regards to safety, but as a new fixie rider i just assumed I didn't need brakes on my bike as they have nothing to do with plain logic or safety

Anyone have any experience of eyedrops? Any tips? I'm going to pick some up tomorrow but have no experience of intentionally putting stuff in my eyes.
as it says on the tin

tyre boot
is the idea just to use it as a stop gap to get you home - 2nd tyre in a week that has been slashed by london's famous shitty streets
should i just leave the boot in or just ditch the tyre entirely
i do now have a schwalbe durano plus to install, which may be a more reliable course of action
I will not let the boot inside forever, in my experience the boot will eventually puncture the tube with the edges, 4-5 days will be ok, tho
with the pressure of the tube, nothing will get inside so dont worry for that
if you want to reuse the tire why dont glue the tire together with superglue and patch it up with a big patch in the inside, also works
in polo is very normal to use boots, as we skid through the tires in regular bases and you need something the get you home

Theres something up with my internets, I can't load certain websites (lfgss, wiggle, wikipedia etc), doesn't matter what device i use. How ever i'm currently using a proxy and i can load this site with no issues. I've tried connecting straight to modem (virgin) and clearing my DNS cache (chrome) with no avail. I spoke to Virgin and they said it was a problem with my router which it clearly isn't as they pages don't load with a direct router connection.
anyone got any suggestions?

I think Virgins' traffic shaping is now extending to blocking, I cannot access certain sites via my cable DSL connection that I can go straight to at work or via Vodafone 3G on my telephone.

How much can I expect for a charge plug bike (or frame) with a few extra bits and pieces that aren't stock items e.g. On one wheelset, drop bars + brakes, gator skin tires and tubes. I was thinking around £80-100 for frame and forks only (with the chance of carbon forks) and say £250-300 full bike?
-
• #19299
sounds about right
-
• #19300
I would say £300 for bike is pretty fair.
Fair point.
Anyway, as i said; im getting straps.
