You're going to the wrong GP. Waiting four years for CBT? That's bonkers. For a psychotherapist, depending on demand/supply, not surprising. You get a full year of weekly sessions, for pete's sake!

cool, it got picked from amongst the ice-cream chat.
the Minoura is just the mount, right, it doesn't come with cages?
was worrying about it taking up my saddlebag space, but now thinking with the dual one I can put drink on one side, and jacket/tools bundle on the other. maybe. if you do get the other one and want rid of the Minoura, let me know...the minoura one sticks out quite far so I recon you could fit a small saddle bag behind it. Will do, I'm waiting for wiggle to get back to me.

We even went to a guy who was on telly. He refunded us some money, because couldn't help my wife much. They charge so much per hour, that - if you really had block bookings - you'd be better off than a GP.

^^ time for a new saddlebag then - I've got the scott/archie one which is a bit huge.
hmm. hmm! now thinking about making a custom one that you can access around the mount, and uses it for a bit of support. ooh. (I really like the Super-C but it is also huge and thus unjustifiable) -

You are speaking of the man who does not sniff at a L25 brekkie!!
I've seen him have spag bol for breakfast
I don't really eat much ice cream but i loved feast's as a kid. I love mint ice cream its an under rated flavour, how ever these days a dark chocolate choc ice is enough for me, sadly you don't really see them for sale outside the multipack. I tried some honey, Pistachio and yogurt ice cream the other day that was cracking.
Oh you and your gay jargon.
a man has to try

CBT isn't for everyone. Getting psychiatric help is always difficult but it's easier here on the gov't than the US. Fact.

Anyone know whereabouts in London I can purchase an Axiom Streamliner rack?
Or any other rack that will fit onto a bike without eyelets. -

Carbon nodder's everywhere rejoice! I could do with a rack from time to time - but I don't own any practical bikes.

Would nitromors eat carbon fibre?

It eats most stuff it ate through my plastic cup.

Right. You know those greetings cards you can get that when you open them, they play shit songs? Is it possible to programme your own songs? Or is there a site/service that will do this for you? I want one that plays keyboard cat. Oh and there's a catch. I'm supposed to be on holiday right now but clearly still finding time for inane questions on the forum. Back on the 11th then away the following week for work and I'd need this done if it's even possible for the first week of September. Someone google it for me. Pleeeeeeease.

You can buy the sound modules for a couple of quid on Ebay.
Otherwise go to Conrad electronics for a more reliable, expensive package that is easer to put into a card. -

Exposing my mechanical ignorance here.
I have buggered my left Shimano 105 5600 10sp shifter. I'm finding it hard to find somewhere that has individual shifters in stock.
Do I have to replace with exactly the same thing? Would a newer 105 model work like the 5700? Is there an SRAM shifter that would work instead?

anyone know what those things are on the back of taxis, on either side, that look a lot like the indicators on a normal car? kinda orange clear plastic bits located near the rear, brake and reverse lights. but they don't seem to have bulbs behind the plastic. anyone know what they're for?
