IKEA furniture is nice and simple.
Definitely not that cheap. I've got one of those units covering one wall up to the ceiling (with gloss sliding doors and drawers). It cost me a small fortune. And I had to put it together myself.

But you're Polish, so it's ok.

I'm glad I am. At least I know the difference between the drill bits.
So many locals complain about how shoddy Ikea furniture is. Well, go to the bloody further education college and learn how to use a screwdriver!

wow
Wow indeed- are you looking purely for furniture to facilitate substance abuse, or are there other items you are after?

I don't want IKEA! Surely there must be somewhere else? I'm sick of sleeping in a child sized single bed!!!!
Oh and I'm fully against substance abuse, just impressed at the insane woodwork.

Do you want a double bunk bed (double bottom, single top)?
-
• #12258
Go to the Etap if you want that ^

I had one of those as a kid. I slept on the bottom. It was so claustrophobic. You could make good dens though.

Made mine with slats to make it easier to move.
Argos do beds, so do tesco and they deliver.

first it was opium beds now it's crack dens. you really need to talk to frank jess.

You buy beds from a bed shop, not a supermarket.

• #12267
What's the budget?

My sister made my bed, Started off as a bunk, but the uprights broke in transport. So it's now a bed with epic storage.

Buy the best you can afford. Make the base as cheap as possible and get a decent pocket sprung mattress.
Try before you buy. More important for beds than it is for bikes. FACT.

As little as possible? Just quit my job an' all but I can't take falling out of bed everynight much longer...

Those don't last longer than a year.

I got my mattress from Ikea, it was the 2nd most expensive firm one...
oh. my. g-d. it is unreal!
A few other people have commented it's the most comfortable bed they've ever slept on as well.
Highly reccomended.

• #12273
They're weird sizes though non?
-
• #12274
They do a load of different sizes... depends which mattress you are looking at. Mine came standard length or ikea length (slightly longer IIRC) I went for Ikea length as I'm quite lengthy...
-
• #12275
Yes they are but the mattress do come with a 25 year guarantee
all my bed sheets fit but its more the pillow cases that are odd sizes.
