Less red noses, more Turkish national anthem! There are a ton of videos with cute little kids singing it and they're all doing it in the same aggressive way. Loads of dudes playing it on the guitar but not singing it.

Edit: I found some teenagers doing it too! They're all shouting it in exactly the same way as the little kids. Does this mean that the shouty-shouty thing is actually correct and that the version on wikipedia is wrong?

Edit2: Many, many videos later (finally having found some with grown-ups in) I believe I have learned that the Istiklal Marşı mostly seems to be done as a spoken word performance which explains why the kids are getting so excited. Hrm. This would make the musical football version and the one on Wikipedia an anomaly. Or is it different depending on whether you do it individually or as a group? I can't see the individual deliveries I'm watching working as a group performance, so maybe the musical version only happens when there's lots of performers?
