Received tool today, it does not fit this particular BB sleeve... CKT brand is discontinued, can't find any info. who can help?
Problem: parts of the BB30 bearings stuck in this sleeve, I want to remove and replace sleeve and BB.
It is not T47 which has threads on the outside of the cups/sleeve. This has thread on the inside.
Please see OP & halp me: https://www.lfgss.com/comments/15169468/

halp me
If you can draw the tool, your friendly local water jet job shop can cut it from whatever suitable metal they have laying around. Make sure you get a pair of wrenches just in case the sleeve would rather spin in the shell than unscrew.

Hm, that would be the last resort... not even you can tell me what this contraption is? One of the shorter lived BB 'standards'?

Could it be a WheelsMfg bottom bracket?

Take it to your local bike shop?

I need to buy a smartphone for work. What is the oldest iphone that is worth getting second hand.?Want to widen my choices to get a good second hand deal but also not get one that's too old. Or should I go android?
Main use will be maps as I'm hoping to get a delivery job for NHS.

6s

No it couldn't, otherwise the tool he has already found to be unsuitable would be suitable 🙂

If there were standards, people wouldn't need such adapters 🙂

Thanks. Is around £75 a good price? This look ok?

This is a 7, not a 6s.
A 7 would also be good, keep in mind though the 6s is the last one that accepts a 3.5mm jack, from 7 on it's lightning port only (so no charging while having headphone / mic plugged in, always need an adapter for non-lightning headphones etc.).
I'd spend a bit more but get a refurbished / renewed one, with a bit of warranty, like
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Apple-iPhone-6S-SIM-Free-Smartphone-Silver/dp/B0716RGCPM/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=iphone+6s+refurbished&qid=1585153802&refinements=p_89%3AApple&rnid=1632651031&sr=8-7You can get lucky with a used one from eBay but often they're quite, erm, "used".. meaning battery can be on it's last legs etc.

The SE is a 6S chip in a iPhone 5 sized casing, and also worth considering.
The 7 is the first one that’s fully waterproof*, which might be best for use outdoors.
(* I wouldn’t trust it if the screen / battery had ever been replaced, or there was any physical damage)
-
• #101293
Oops, didn't see that.

I would go for the 6S over the SE for a delivery job. As you will want the larger screen size of the 6S for viewing maps and navigating.

Speak to building management and ask them to put you in touch with the contractor who runs the sanitary side of the buidling I.e. Initial etc.
They'll have it in stock and yeah at trade prices, usually supplied in 5 litres containers.

• #101296
We own the building and don’t have a cleaning supplier , usually just buy from aldi or Asda... all suppliers I’ve found are sold out.
Will see about setting up an account with initial.

if my current langster 2014/2015 has a conical headset cap and i wanted to put a flat one on it, would i simply have to buy one, any one, the same size or does it go deeper than this?
