Yep, I probably undervalued it, but if I wanted full value for it then I'd probably ebay it.
Too late - you have now fucked the market value. Your sale is the new point of reference ;-)

Right! got an external blu-ray writer for the purpose of watching films and the like, got any software recommendation as the Apple DVD player doesn't support blu-ray movies?

You could get a OSX from a torrent and boot it off a usb if you have lost the CD's

Cheers Ben. Unfortunately it seems from doing a search on that error message that my hard drive is fubared.
I'm in a bit of shit as my last back up was about 2 months ago (I know...). If someone on here can rescue my hard drive data there would be serious beer money in it for them

So I installed a new HD and battery in my Macbook Pro yesterday - all went fine and restored from the Super Duper bootable backup etc etc....
However, the battery just ran down and instead of going into low power sleep mode, it just went 'click' and went dead. Working again now that I've got the power plugged in but don't really want that happening every time the battery gets low. Suggestions?

FALSE ALARM!!!
Javascript download has sorted everything out...

Dalston.
iPhone 5S is much better IMO. A big improvement on the old 4S I had.
