  • Sydenham bruv.

  • Sydenham is a nice place, whereabouts?

  • Congrats.

  • Sydenham is a nice place, whereabouts?

    Wells Park Road.

  • Chalfie stealthily avoiding having to ride Annerley at the end of his Kent rumbles...

  • Wells Park Road.

OK, you do have to ride Annerley.

    Nice place dude.

  • Our purchase fell through. Back to square 1.

That's rotten news Russell, really sorry to hear. Definitely keep the mortgage paperwork ticking along. What happened?

  • Mrs Hell popped into the estate agents we bought our hovel from 3 years ago to enquire about a valuation. the young lad who sold it to us in the first place recognised her instantly and said '23 *****ton road? your house is worth double what you paid for it!'

what colour yacht should i buy?

  • 23 Fuckton Road?

  • Shitton

  • I won't have to ride up Annerley, which is one of the depressingly few good points about my potential new location

  • the worst thing about that hill is that when you get to the top - you're in crystal fucking palace.

  • It depends where you leave from. From Anerley, that's a positively great thing.
    From West Norwood, same.

  • traitor!

  • My heart was in SW16. SE27 can get to fuck.

  • Se26 4 lyf.

  • nrwdfst, nva 4gets

  • Just having a look about because I wouldn't mind moving to a place with a garden... fuck buying now! prices are crazy... even out to Walthamstow... I'm going to stick in my tiny wee flat until I move back to Norwich to live like a king.

This is my plan. My flat would buy a 2/3 bed house somewhere in the less nice part of the Golden Triangle once paid off. I won't be retiring in fucking London, that's for sure.

  • somewhere in the less nice part of the Golden Triangle

It's not how the estate agent described it but that's where I live.

  • Ooh, which road? I was at UEA so have lived in almost every house in GT at some point.

  • Alexandra. It's that time of year again, students struggling down the road carrying all their possessions to their parents' car, should be a quiet summer. I always think proper GT is 'twxt Earlham and Unthank. We don't speak to them, toffee-nosed cunts.

  • I was in a big townhouse on Clarendon for a while. We did unspeakable things to that place.

Fucking right... see you there! I sure as shit can get a lot more for my money in Norwich when I sell up... a pal of mine looked at what she could get for her 2 or 3 bed on Amhurst road... turned out to be a 6 bed detached house on Bracondale.
I have seen big listed properties for 250... Norwich and early retirement hear I come!

  • Norwich can cock off, I want this
