This current price situation has provided the only time I can remember where I can sell my flat in Bethnal Green for enough to buy a reasonable 3 bed house in the area of Surrey want. I am anxious about missing that window.

I'm learning to despise our vendor's agent. I wouldn't mind if they were just lazy or didn't answer the phone, it's the bare faced "I will do this" - doesn't do it, that irks me. Thankfully my mortgage dude is dealing with all the actual important stuff.
