They're nice and fancy prices too. I guess it would add at least £80 to most projects in materials but it probably saves that speeding up the assembly. I've moved one big piece 3 times now because of the dominos + rafix it comes apart and goes back together without damage.

+1 for Tomado - only 200mm deep mind.
I cooked up a plan for a knock off vitsoe vibe using these spur bookend brackets once ...

Just to add to shelf chat, still perfectly happy with my efforts here and no sign of any sag.

Definitely no advanced carpentry needed. Just a panel saw, sandpaper, and Osmo polyx. Supports were from B&Q

on a scale of 1-10 how baller is that vitsoe stuff? have been taking notes of the forum-approved suppliers for various things ahead of a forever-home house move, but the pricing is hard to compare to less modular stuff. I'm up for buying well and buying once, but we're definitely not golf club candidates

The baller bit of Vitsoe is the cupboards and especially the drawers. If you are going Vitsoe shelves hanging from the walls (i.e. no fancy framework) it's good value in comparison with custom carpentry especially considering the resale value. You can buy it in bits too to spread the cost.

the shelves have a wonderful finish. As said above, the pricing is pretty good, all things considered.

Cabinets and drawers and other hinged things are exponentially expensive, but the feel and quality follows.

i missed out on a job lot of Vitsoe with about 20 uprights and all the bits in between for about £1700 would have split it with a mate but by the time i had spoken to him about it they were gone.
would have been perfect for the impending mid century modern zeitgeist designer home purchase with accompanying insta refurb account.

Everytime I see used vitsoe for sale and go "oh bargain" it's just for one piece not all that's on the photos.

Ladderax is a bit agricultural and a poor british take on far nicer Danish Cado style shelving systems, the big ugly metal frame at the front makes it definitely office rather than home/office (just my opinion, others love it)

It’s the same with Stagg and G-Plan, some of it is nice but Danish is nearly always a bit more refined.

This, it looks fucking shit. I don't want my house to look like the office cubicle of a call centre.

dont know if right place to ask....

my bosch dishwasher has the tap symbol flashing; suggesting problem with the water inlet or draining. it does still wash dishes but not as well as it should.. i have checked the filters, impellor, kinks in the hoses and still the light comes back. i think i need to get a service guy in to take a look. is it worth going for a bosch guy or some 3rd party outfit? seems like quite a lot of choice online

Hace you tried descaling/ washing it at the highest temp? Could be some grease or limescale build up somewhere you can't seee?
