Apparently the work for 2014 on the house we want to buy is 17k. This was conveniently not included in the original documents we saw when viewing the property.

Roofing, asbestos removal, fixing the block up. I think it'll be fine. But it's a bit of a fucker they didn't have those documents to show us.
