This reminds me of a chap I know who brags about his Bentley Continental but doesn't seem to clock that his priorities in life are a bit mixed up when he drives it home to spend the night in his Mum's council flat in Deptford where he lives.

Edit - After a bit more reading, it looks like CHAPS will be the stress-free option.

CHAPS it - a faster payment will probably get there in time, but you'll be worried about it and checking with the bank / solicitor until it does - I did this the day before we completed it was just another thing to stress out about
