I could be tempted to do that on a largely unsuitable bike. Depends what October brings really, will have to decide nearer the time.

That looks f*ing fun. My FGFS bike is pretty burly and could be well interesting on that. The tyres are 38/42c!

It's all pretty tame I think. I used to bomb up and down Marriotts Way on 23mm all the time (and puncture a bit)... I'm hoping to make this. Tempted to do it fixed, put in a few more chain links and see if I can fit some 28mm tires.

Or I could buy some semi-slicks and do it on the MTB...
