I went for the same deal - 500gb ps3 + GTA5, Last of us.

It's the best deal we could find.

It was put into perspective when my colleague told me he bought a second hand xbox with no memory for £90 then had to buy the game on top.

PS3 is really quiet too.

The 360 / PS3 have awesome back catalogs and games are still being released for them. Also, as the majority of people wont be upgrading to the new consoles in the next 6 months / year, online games on the last generation will be just as good.

Makes sense to me, if you like having 200£ spare and the games you want to play

It's chocked full of complete cunts who just want to kill you for fun. So far, i've "earned" $40k and have spent $20k of that on the hospital charge you get hit with every time you die.

If the ps4 isn't backwards compatible hardware, then they'll probably convert the old ps3 games to ps4 at some point in the future and make them downloadable content.

Don't see anything wrong with buying a ps3 right now, the ps2 was still getting some goods game made for it in whilst ps3 was getting upto speed. Plus who wants to spunk top dollar on a ps4 straight out of the box, wait six months to a year, better stack of games, bugs worked out of the hardware, price drop for the needy, its all good..

Game had that bundle plus breaking bad s1 for £185 around GTA 5 launch - check to see if there's an online store code still kicking about.

I picked one up and have been pleased with it ever since. Looking forward to the new game from the folk who made Heavy Rain (the name of which escapes me just now), heard good things from people with review copies.

Beyond: Two Souls

Reviews I've seen so far have been pretty mediocre. David Cage might deserve credit for doing something a bit different, but I'm not impressed by the results.
