Nothing's been confirmed. Valve have said that they don't see "episodic" games as being the way forward, so that would seem to rule out an HL2 ep3, but they haven't explicitly said "there won't be an ep3". They haven't really said anything at all for quite a long time now.

I've just replayed all the games in the HL series and they are epic. Bloody Valve :(

+1 Agree totally just watch the trailer for the new Counter Strike - interesting but can't see how it can compete against BF3 and MW3 - it only really cater to the hard core CS fans. But then there are plenty of those.

I just replayed CS:S. They changed some stuff and it's not as good as I remember

Depends on how far back you are referring to, they sneak in tweaks to CS every now and again. Still works for me whilst I can't play MW2.

I decided not to preoder deus ex, because they never manage to get you the game by launch day.

I went to game in lewisham shopping centre, traded in a couple of old games, got it for 25 quid.

Played the first mission very methodically, taking great care neither to be seen nor to kill anyone. The result wasn't what I was hoping for. I achieved my objectives but shit went down that left me feeling regret and embarassment.

Fuck this game is good, I've never wanted to replay the first level the instant I completed it before,but now I'm considering doing that rather than pushing on with the story, and it's a tough choice!

hope you guys get your preorders ASAP.

oh, and anyone remember the theme from the unatco offices in the original deus ex? well you'll be hearing that again. :D

if you like i could set up a webcam so you can watch me play? you could even full screen it and plug your computer into your TV, pick up a controller and pretend you're playing.
