What’s new?

Been enjoying mobile recently as it’s still pretty easy to get wins.

I'm holding out for the Switch version for train frustration.
Praise the sun!

Menu, map selection, new weapon, armour spawn rules, new attachments, new vehicle, weapon performance, map changes (esp Miramar) etc

It handles very differently - much improved.

Also although I can't see anything in the patch notes - it LOOKS different. Graphics seem fancier. Shadows and textures in particular. I didn't change my settings so I'm sure they've tweaked something but can't place it. It's a 10gb update so can't just be a new weapon and some map tweaks.

On the subject of he new weapon... SLR + 6x scope + suppressor = unstoppable wonder gun.

Before I got into the graphic design game I was super close to getting a job with SCEE as a sound designer/audio software engineer... Sony decided to send all their audio out of house so that was the end of that... I was fucking gutted...

This was when the first PlayStation had just come out, life would've been very different if that had come off!

It really is a big shift. Just had a couple of rounds on the event mode (which is great fun btw). I also tinkered with graphics - had a couple of things I didn't fully understand but read about and now it looks great and plays like a dream (comparatively - think I went from about 25fps to around 50).

Not really around this weekend or next week but soon...

Dammnnnnn... ok will aim for some time later next week, look forward giving this a shot.

Also played .63, whole new game...

Just joined a squad with three german guys. landed on apartments by school, looted, fully geared. then we went to school and started shooting another squad and finished them. then two of the germans went rogue and shotgunned me and the other one , knocking us, before pulling hand grenades and blowing us all up. made weirder by the fact that they started playing some kind of Wahhabist music featuring gunfire. fun guys.

employing dark wizardry i have managed to get my PS4 to play via my iMac. life now permanently ruined.

picture quality aint all that, but it's deffoes playable.
