But made in italy ;)
Are Mets not?
I have one in front of me. But cant see where its made.
Anyway. I was wondering if it shared a Met mold. In which case it would likely be pretty round in shape. Most of the italian brands are. But the Mets more so than most I think. I'm hoping my new Giro will be slightly less round, and more like the Met Sine Thesis.

Thoughts on the Power Race C-130 from planet-x?
But how about this side?

Does have a lot in common with a Met stradivarius. Possible not the 2013.

Didn't get on with the Sine Thesis at all. Fit was a bit funny for my head and the gel padding gave me a headache.
Highly recommend the Kask Mojito. Very light, excellent cooling and super comfortable - with or without a cap.
(Other head shapes may differ).

So, anyone know somewhere in London where I could get a Rudy Project Windmax, which will also do price matching? Condor have them in stock but won't do a discount, even on the used display model :(

The Met being a smidge too round is what stops he Met Strad from being perfect. This then makes that gel bit dig in.

there was a guy at the track on Monday wearing one of those POC helmets - fuckin hell they are big. Looked like he was wearing a bin on his head or something.
100% anti.

I'm thinking about the Cosco SpeedAiro
.
Anyone spent any time under one on the road this summer? -
• #468
that looks nice. You will look like a right knob anywhere that isn't the track or a TT though
^^ needs a bigger picture. I can barely see it.

i want a POC trabe MIPS helmet, who has them cheapest?
-
• #473
Trabec MIPS has arrived. Fits really well, feels really sturdy but not heavy.
MIPS system feels odd as the helmet has the ability to slide a couple of mm in all directions to stop jarring forces on the brain. However the helmet feels really secure. Will be used later today for offroad duties.

I can't personally wear anything other than a Giro, absolutely in love with them! Riding an Atmos at the moment and its like i don't have anything on my head. So light and comfortable

I like Giro's, but they feel like they are poor value for money. The build quality is basic, and so is the finish. The rol-loc system is also awful - I replaced it 3 times in 2 years on my Atmos, (which I have to say protected my head admirably in a crash last week). I also replaced the pads 4 or 5 times because they anti-bacterial stuff they are supposed to have is so poor.
Had to replace in a hurry so bought a Kask k50 - I have to say that the build quality is so much better than the Giro and it's much more comfortable.
I'll also be getting a Lazer on crash replacement from Madison - will be interesting to see how they compare.
But made in italy ;)
