  • Giro do a GI-style helmet for snowboarding called the Bad Lieutenant. I used one on my bike for a while but lack of ventilation made it very hot to wear.

This reminds me that idiotic ongoing debate about the swastika from shhexycorin's flickr stream.

Nazi salute is of roman origin. It shouldn't offend you either. Do Circus Maximus or Domus Aurea offend you? :-?

  • Good grief.

Do these threads follow a lunar cycle or summat?

  • Ha!
    What a great idea.
    The lunar cycle ride.

BRM - you crazy mad fool you!!

  • Need to get a couple of sets of helmet liners/pads/webbing- whatever you call it.

Cannot find anywhere on line- can anyone help?

  • This is what I'm talking about:

  • Specialized don't currently have stock but will have in December. The new 2010 pads are a lot better if you can weight for a month or so?

If not try calling round a few of the larger Specialized dealers Evans ect ect

  • Cycle Surgery sell the helmets. Probably worth asking in store.

  • I've bought them in-store from Condor, Sigma Sport and from Evans Cycles mail order. I'd also try the Specialized concept stores if you are having problems. Seem to be renamed as S-Works pads now when they were 2D pads before.

  • Ordered online from Evans now, thanks for the advice.
