The FIRST meeting is to bring together disparate groups to see whether things have been tried before.
It's not just this forum it is a get together of disparate groups - The LCC, Moving Target etc to try to unite in a cohesive whole.
From there they will discuss what has happened before.

And I'd like to qualify that. I can't see immediately how I will be able to help on the action group. What I will do is attend - I expect it will be slightly chaotic as is the nature of an initial meeting. Whatever happens it has to be a good first start.
