fred updated!
turning into a bit of a monster the first post, any ideas on how to make it easier to understand? maybe make the first post a 'balance' type post, showing how much kitty we got, and have a post after each evening with the evenings takings within the thread, so that we know how much we put in each night and who was there? -
• #82
I thought you knew what was going on in your first post , coz no one else has got a clue what it means.

good news the missing subs was recovered, it had been lodged behind a fire extinguisher. :)
i think we should still investigate a polo bank account and a direct debit/standing order to pay for the lights though, as we are relying on the good nature of others who use the centre.rv can you ask feb about details pls? it would be nice to have an account with a bank somewhere in town local to someone who is based in town. we can then all pay our subs to a financier, or straight into the account. the centre won't have an issue with a virtual payment as they have to deposit our funds into their bank account anyway. also, this is a far better way of keeping track of how much dorrah we got!
also, the regulars can set up a standing payment so they need not worry about cash, and the irregulars can pay with cash.
or is this getting a bit too complicated? thoughts? :)
