I'm having a bit of a panic that I won't be able to get my cog switched over...hopefully someone is bringing some man-up with them.

DOn't worry I have my lockring/chainwhip tool, I'm sure we can get it off. I might be borrowing AndyP's 14t anyway. I'm not sure whether I'm going to use my bike or hire at the moment, using mine means faffing around with a chain breaker and changing chain, I've got the drops sorted now - but I'm not sure my stem length is long enough with the drops - I feel a little bunched up but that may just be me not being used to drops.
I'll be there around 3pm ish anyway and will decide then after some advice. -

Cool, Rose and I are headed down now, but do to the extreme distance we have to travel, we'll probably be there at about the same time.

If you're stuck and want a 14T sprocket then feel free to borrow mine from my bike, it's a battleship grey Cannondale that should be in the 6th (I think) container on the right hand side. RPM or JC should know which one.
