Wow this has a lot more interest than I thought it would. The original plan was to tag it on to Bright Times to ensure a decent amount of people but by the sounds of it we could have a totally separate event of our own. Any suggestions of locations (my knowledge of venues/potential places for eating cake is low)?

Also when do people want it? To me 3-4 weekends time sounds like a good date to have it.
