2009-10-18 - LFGSS Cake & Bake Off

I have the saturday before off, and a car in the works. everything is going exactly to plan (rubs hands and smiles evily)

My cake is a extra gluten one for those on Low carb diets.

Cake and bake off - can it be savoury? Might pull out the cheesecheesecake for this one.

I was about to suggest that a cheesecake would surely be erring on the sweet side of things - but the use of "cheesecheese" has me thinking...
