I officially have t-shirts (well, at least one) older than a couple of my colleagues, that realisation made me feel old, then proud that I could still fit into a t-shirt I bought 20+ years ago. Then more proud as the t-shirt is a belter.

A lot of bands still have an album I consider the “new one” and then I realise it’s 20 years old. And they have like ten more since that I’ve never heard

Spotify has ruined my knowledge of albums. No idea of names, song names, release date or anything anymore.

The first album I ever bought, Replicas by Tubeway Army, came out 44 years ago. Mental.

The only silver lining to this middle-age music trauma is 30th anniversary vinyl reissues.
