You can see the join in the stage at the left of the shot moves a fair few feet... Awesome :-)

It's all carpet tiles. Looks like whoever laid them didn't remove the plastic from the rear making them nice and slippery on the underside.

To be fair it wasn't the smoothest of stops. Quite a pitch in the car.
