No-one can take any pleasure in seeing Cuddles like that - he's ridden his socks off since becoming world champ and for me has been one of the most enjoyable riders to watch over the last year - pure grinta!

Christ - Cadel has no colour whatsoever.... he looks grey! He's drained everything in his resources to get across the finish line. Chapeau....

He's aparently known as 'The Silent Killer', second only to my personal favourite 'The Tashkent Terror' ;)
so he's named after a fart...

Evans has never been the same since he took over from Wogan.
oh, hang on

what, 'Menchy'?
The Queen Mother's nanny?
Anyway, Orange County Choppers are building a Lance Armstrong Motorbike on Quest right now.

never mind that, Wiggo needs a Cancellara-issue motorbike, that'd sort him out. Climb bergs sitting down!

great stage today. this years tour, and the giro have been way more exciting than ive seen before.
i was thinking that at some point during the last climb, contador would accelerate and really push schleck off his tail. but to be honest it looked to me that it was contador holding on. i think he assumed he was gonna beat schleck on the downhill but it just wasn't happening.
sanchez look to be a great rider i havnt seen much of before, great descending skills.

i dunno, i think Contador could have beaten Andy on the descent, but for some reason chose not to.
however, I agree with a few others who have said that he looked worried on the way up, i think he knew Schleck could take him and so kept a lid on it. -

Can't be arsed with the Tour now ... going to be schleck / contador yawn fest ... great.
Well, those three breaks in his collar bones probably aren't helping.
On the subject of Evans demise today, does he actually have anyone to lead him up a hill this time?
Commentators are writing off Schleck in a TT but surely he can pull a Sastre and ride like the much Liggetised "two men" if he goes into it with a yellow jersey on him.
