-
• #1531
Best stage so far. Epic riding.
-
• #1532
So, which Frenchman is going to win tomorrow, then?
-
• #1533
Wiggins loses the best part of 5 minutes.
-
• #1534
Well done to Casar though, he's a master finisher in those situations.

yeh, someone should go take their wheel out the bike and just batter someone on the finish line.
oh...

Brilliant stage... that finish!
What the fuck happened to Evans too? i thought he'd be trying to stamp some authority on owning the yellow jersey, totally imploded.
-
• #1542
Two races to resolve then. Can Schleck overcome the loss of Frank to fight Contador properly (I have my doubts). Who are the contenders for third place now that Evans seems to have lost it? (My votes currently stand at Sanchez, Sanchez, Leiphiemer, Menchov, Wiggins (My patriotic optimism will not be cowed by so called evidence))

• #1543
Menchy Menchov is well placed, and a proper tour winner, albeit dull.
-
• #1544
Well might be dull but he does have one of the best nicknames in pro cycling, if not any sport!
-
• #1545
what, 'Menchy'?
-
• #1546
Wiggins looks not to have mountain legs this time round and i can't see him getting in the top 5. Contador looked to be struggling against schleck on the last climb, but rallied. I suspect that unless Contador has some sort of Cadelesque implosion (loses legs on a big day) then Frank won't be able to lose him.

wow that was a classic stage, contador and schelck are unbelievable.
Think Wiggo is a mile off 3rd now, shame, I think all those pundits saying last year course suited him and this years wont were right unfortunately.
Did anyone else think it was wierd the commentators saying evans looked good on sunday? Thought he was holding on for dear life then, not suprised to see him smashed today, although didnt expect quite the time gap.

tbf I expect I'd be weeping like a baby if I subjected myself to 20seconds of what cadel's put up with for 6+hours today
-
• #1549
Im impressed by loftkvist on this tour, although no idea whats happened to pauwels, are they saving him for Pyrenees?
-
• #1550
what, 'Menchy'?
He's aparently known as 'The Silent Killer', second only to my personal favourite 'The Tashkent Terror' ;)
Excellent finish
