Nice vid, Andy. Good to see Evander Holyfield break it up.
Those two fuckers would have had nothing on The Badger.

What identity he considers himself to be is his affair. Whether he's 100% Australian or not is irrelevant for this, of course. Half of his family is from Germany, and it is generally impossible for someone whose roots are so far apart to not feel allegiance to both sides to some extent. So, he clearly isn't '100% Australian', but he has made the decision in recently renouncing German citizenship, so that it is safe to assume that he considers himself more Australian than German. In view of the fact that most of his formative years were spent there, that's perfectly understandable.
Whatever. 100% Australian. Born in Australia. Lived in Australia until 14. Sounds like an Aussie. Considers himself Australian. If it barks like a duck and it moos like a duck..

whoa what a lead out by renshaw!!
Renshaw is fantastic. I hope he gets a chance to bag some wins of his own sooner rather than later.

When did he lose his last "leadout" guy? 2k to go?

Too right. How can you expect people to take cycling seriously when these roadies can't even land a proper punch!
I dunno, considering one had a helmet on and was waving a wheel about it looked liked he received a nice little tap to the face.

dude, chillax, he's a top sprinter but, you can't go past fact that renshaw delivered him to the front and thru the best cyclists in the world. 3 days ago, he did fuck it and he's subsequently righted his wrongs.
hippy, yeah last katush towards front i saw was before town, when lampre had a 2nd train. but he's good on tagging on to the back of the right people.
jonny, which pub on sun? would love to come and watcvh

Dale's '62 tour film earlier was brilliant. Any other good Tour film reccomendations anyone?

Cavendish. There's always digs about him, how he would not do it without his lead-out men. does it occur to some of the people who like to have a dig that maybe he gets a good lead out is because the team with some of the best lead-out riders in the world want the best sprinter in the world to ride with them?

HTC are a very good team on the whole, you wouldn't have had Cav without Renshaw but you wouldn't have Renshaw without the others burying themselves, and yesterday for pretty much the whole stage.
It's an aknowledged fact that Cav needs a lead out, but it's also an aknowledged fact that he's the fastest out there in the final sprint (the failure the other day looked physcological as he would have got 2nd if he'd carried on but only wins will do) Renshaw missed Pettachi's move as much as Cav, they were both caught napping.
So yes, Dale can stop stating the obvious now.
