oops, didn't know there were rules.
i can't really offer a discount price as it's already up and going. i'll probably be selling a 21t white industries freewheel that i bought on a whim for £30 (what i paid for it) soon, though.
wait, i'm not sure if that's what this thread is for.

Oh, daft, apologies to Dan and post edited. I genuinely didn't notice that it was the polo thread.

Nice.
I'm possibly on the look out for a 53/54cm polo bike for the missus for £200, if anyone sees anything.
-
• #1167
Joni, ^get that for your missus
-
• #1168
Ah dang that's nice. Too big though.
-
• #1169
for Mag, how tall is her?
from memory, of the London Open, she is as tall as me, isnt she? -
• #1170
Margs, yep. She's 5' 10. Women have shorter bodies on the whole though. We're looking for a 53cm.

• #1171
some people like small bikes for polo, i was one of them. i just built up my steamroller, now have 56 instead of 54, love it. bikes that fit you properly shouldn't be ruled out. I'm playing much better on the bigger frame.
also, that cyclocross bike is lovely.

also, he said the magic words "Rear horizontal dropouts make it ideal for a single speed or fixed gear project"!
oh, wow, jesus christ! I wanna build a fixie! quick quick, get it Joni, before all those v-neck wearing gheys do!

Ha, that's well ghey.
She rides a 54 normally so still too big, maybe.
Doubt it'll stay that cheap but I'm watching it. -

Ha! Love this:
"a way to take the guilt out of offending homosexuals by calling something unfavorable gay.since verbally, the new spelling is virtually unnoticeable, this rationale is rendered a waste of time, but as mentioned, it serves its purpose in the mind of the homophobe-in-denial."
I want a t-shirt with homophobe-in-denial writen on it...

who does it belong to? shouldnt we go and take it back?
Oliver, those rules only apply to the normal classifieds threads. This is a polo ebay finds thread, we have our own forum24 rules.
Dan could have been nicer and stuck a discount price for polo players, but he's definitely allowed to link to his own item.
