had an amazing time! great fun for my first cross race! shame that the lap counters missed my number on my second lap and counted two laps as one :( would have been up in 21st! instead of down in the 30's....bah! great fun anyways!
anyone coming down to brighton for the stanmer park cross on the 15th???
give us a shout if you are! -

I might be heading down to Stanmer Park. I will let you know if I am.
Any idea what the course is like?
-

big grassy puke inducing hills! well only one main one...should be fun!

Stanmer park is a great course- Its basically on the side of a hill, so from the start you go up in a round-about way, then you go across the top and then come down in a round-about way, 6-7 times (depending on how many times you can get yourself lapped)

Ouch. I hope that this was not as bad as it looks.
I am still finding cuts and bruises in places I didn't realise I had been hurt. All things considered, however, it is a miracle that I was not more injured and good that there appear to have been no broken bones nor anything serious.

Ha, that's me!
Blood was fake, ended up head to toe in very real bruises. Well worth it though.

Hopefully Winston and Caspar won't be ordering Rollapaluza kit from the same supplier again! I feel I've seen parts of you that only your wife should see.
