I have only timed myself once and got home in 7 minutes 40 (white city to Parsons Green) thats about 5 mile.. but i had a bad day in the office and was red lining it so had to calm down
Damn. Takes me 20-30mins to do my 5 miles home. The track situation is making more sense now... 0_0

it might be a bit out, I don't think it's 5 miles, i can run it in under 40 mins and bikely says its 4.1miles. it's also worth noting the timing was based on the duration of the track rude movements; I hit play as i started and it finished as i got to the flat - i think it's around 7:40
also worth noting its one flat run (two roads no stops and one massive roundabout) ahh it's all in my favour ;) -
