No it does not. Good for winter riding with a baselayer and the windjacket when near freezing. Buy the windjacket. The rainjacket you will need about ten times a year and I have yet to see somebody on a ride with a softshell.

Yeah I think I'll go for that one, anyone know to what extent it is waterproof, will I get soaked if a quick shower occurs?

Shower proof, more so when new but the coating comes out in the wash.

Nothing Rapha makes is waterproof.
