Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I had this same problem. They did sort it eventually - but I never got the jersey I had originally chosen.

Well the free returns is great, but I am really concerned over the lack of quality control. For the price, I'd expect them to inspect each one before shipping... especially when the fault is visible through the packaging.

They'll refund you the money either to your cc or to paypal depending on how you paid for the jersey.

(I think it's up to the value of £10)

I've just had to send my jersey back due to an unsightly horizontal defect that I missed initially.... How long does the turnaround usually take? They should of had it back yesterday.....

Sample sales are usually held twice a year, at the end of the summer and winter to clear unsold stock.

As much as I like Rapha, I'm disappointed that my R/PS hoody has bobbled more in two weeks than my Rapha jersey has in three years (which despite a fairly hard life is in excellent condition.)

There's a massive difference in quality (and quality control judging by the above.)

Rapha - nice, pricey and not worth it anymore.
