Our old coach, told us it would keep our veg warm during a cold training session. Nearly the whole team fell for it. I did grow up in the westcountry though.

I got a bit carried away (drunk) on Sunday evening, ordered a few hundred quids worth of stuff through paypal.....!!

Next morning.... sober & realized i'm not at all rich. Also fearing wrath from mrs sniffy....
I had to write a groveling apology to ask for my order to be canceled. Ooops!

They kindly obliged :) Phew!

As a side, I've just had some excellent customer service from Rapha after my triple jersey fail. Probably the best I've encountered and they couldn't have done more to sort it out for me. Happy customer now.

But, the bloke dealing with all my returns was very apologetic and helpful, on the third time, I was handed over to the manager who offered explanations, etc.
It's customer service like you used to get, back in the good old days, and it is reassuring.

I could forgive them the elastic's snappage if they rewarded me with a washbag.

I've just had to send my jersey back due to an unsightly horizontal defect that I missed initially.... How long does the turnaround usually take? They should of had it back yesterday.....

They're usually pretty quick. I've had mine returned quickly.

So I returned a jersey cuz the inside pink thread was visible in a few places on the outside. They replaced it and sent me a new one. Guess what, it has the same problem. Do they not even look at these before sending them ? :(
