i honestly dont know why i decided to iron them.. i was ironing a t-shirt before and there was also a half smoked joint in the ashtray which should be factored in to the equation.
i've been scouring the net for some patches which might make them wearable. -

Any idea when to expect the next sample sale? Seeing how much cheaper stuff is at those, I'm having a hard time buying anything at full price.
Seems every time I order something, a week later they have a surprise sale. I get pissed, but decide that I should just be happy there is a sale and make the most of it and get something else. Then a couple of weeks later there'll be a sample sale and it turns out I could have gotten everything I bought for 1/3 of the price I paid. Leaves me more than a little bitter.

So what is the bomber jacket like then?
The one in the sale at the moment..........not a patch on the softshell?, or a decent jacket that is just 'different'?.....or crud?
I'm finding mysself strangely drawn towards it, and my wife has offered to pay me for being nice to her in Rapha......I'm not sure how much payment I'm going to get yet, so can't take the piss and get the tweed one!!!

I've got one from when it was called the fixed jacket. I like it a lot, it's perfect for riding on cool winter days and looks good off the bike too.

I had one of those too and it was awesome.
I sold it on because I got seduced by ther R/PS rain jacket. (Which is also lovely.) It had been worn maybe a hundred times and washed probably 20 and still looked in excellent condition. No obvious wear from bag straps either.

I stupidly promised to get the missus and a pal a red and a pink collar... now they've stopped selling them. In the unlikely event that anyone has one to flog, PM me.

Does anyone have any touring shorts 34 or leg warmers small for sells?
Turns out I'm a medium in the rapha leg department. Anyone haz? Or small arm warmers. Apparently it's not warm in Oz all the time. Meh.
Gutted I missed the sample sale, they usually have these aplenty. Are they due another one this year?

Hmm Rapha's QC is slipping a bit. Brand new black jersey arrived today, yet pink thread from inside neck visible outside. Sure it can be returned (and is) but for the price, really shouldn't have to do this.

old thread digging for some info,
I've spent this entire week at work making some oak tables and chairs, i didn't ask any questions until today, and apparantly they are for rapha, my boss new very little other than that it was going to go in a trailer and be driven around with their new products in.
Does anyone know a little more about what they are up to?
I am just curious is all...
