You can buy vintage bikes for a pittance too. I got my colnago master with full c-record for 250 euros. Not absolutely mint condition (7 out of ten maybe) but still, pretty bargainous. I got a lovely full dura ace 80's pinarello for 120euros too. But I was living in France, fewer hipsters pushing the prices up on everything maybe.
