  • Apparently it allows users to use social networking to 'hook up' for rides together.........sounds like that grinder app

    Nice, but a bit dicey?

  • I wish TK Maxx stored the last season Rapha.

Next best thing though is go to one of the sample sales. You save a tonne. Last time I got the merino baselayers for £10 each and some bib knickers for £40. When you consider the retail price massive bargain. Not as cheap as TK Maxx true, but still better than nowt.

  • I recently obtained some Rapha bib shorts and wow... just wow... I'm not saying they're cheap, but wow. Improved my life so much.

I thought for ages that saddles were my problem, but have realised now that it was not having the right bibs. Saving up for a second pair now...

    Just sayin..

  • Assos f1.mille shorts £63 So full of WIN the rest of the cycle clothing world is a vortex of loss

    cue science debate

  • wow.. Am so up for those ... where?

  • I bought mine from Parker I think it was. Some time ago now though.

  • Santini Giro d'Italia w/the twistgel insert. Something like £50 from Prendas and full to brimming with win.

  • I have some Santini team kit. It's nice but I don't wear it often enough to compare and I don't like bibs much.

    This.. best shorts ever.

As long you are 5'2" or 250 lbs bastard. Then yes.

Hate to report that they are now a minimum of £100. Shitter

  • They'll be on sale at some point. Buy up.

I guess since the UKP is fucked up all my lovely stuff is now expensive.. Vittoria doubled in price.. Assos too.. sigh

  • Yeah, hopefully at some point between now and when I go to France in a month!

  • Yeah, shitty economy

  • forum group buy dan?

  • will that make it cheaper? I'm game if so...

Assos are Swiss, and can actually be more expensive in the land of gnomes and Cantons than over here. Exchange rates are the killer, but even so, Assos bibs are life savers when there is regular high mileage on the horizon.

that's what I figured. NOTHING in Switzerland is cheap :)

  • nice hat...

    ...but a bit pricey

  • Giro LX mitts = 100% Pittards leather £50

I'm definitely getting the long finger versions for autumn

Very tasty glove, and the mitts are less than £40 on SJS and Fatbirds

  • I love Rapha but they need to stop using the word 'Bespoke'...

  • i hate rapha and they should stop using camels to make their hats

  • "Shuddup dicki! I earn good money for this."

  • rapha is shit but expensive

i only buy it to piss off the poor plebs here

  • But you look nice.
