Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

Some cheap super lightweight jerseys on the Rapha eBay outlet. S/L/XL when last looked....

I'm positive that I'm more "powerfully built" than Ludwig, yet he wears XL and I wear S.

I suspect therefore that there is some wiggle room in the sizing - suck your gut in and pull the zipper up?

I think, this may be the time I move to a new wardrobe.
A 5 mile commute suggests that cat 5 racing may be shelved.

Hopefully a small will fit. I've hd medium ones before in the old merino jerseys, and there's wiggle room.

Will this fit like PT jersey or Classic/brevet? I could be XS in the latter ..

I'm not sure. I'm guessing the cut will be a bit closer than Club (or whatever they call it). It's a climbers jersey right?

I'm small in Club (with loads of exposed wrist on the LS stuff). I don't own any Pro Team but small fitted well in the shop. The small Softshell (Classic not PT) is a be spacious on me.

I prefer it tight, but I'm not going to race in it so don't care if it's super-tight.

Wrong size. Learn your Rapha!

I'm not sure how people get so confused by the sizing.

Sizes are consistent. Cut varies by intended use.

Bibs are (obviously) a different box of cats.

I am medium in everything jersey/jacket shaped, pro team or no.
I have two pairs of PT bibs, one medium, one large, the medium seems more generous in terms of fit than the large, which has eternally confused me.

I am currently in between sizes I think but I prefer the cut on PT stuff than classic/club although the new brevet jersey gilet combo is fucking amazing.
