Do you want underarm zip? if not, go for hardshell.
As Ed said further up thread, if you want the most waterproof coat Rapha make, then get a hardshell. I was caught in a horrific downpour on the way home yesterday. Everything got absolutely bloody soaked - other than my torso, which was absolutely bone dry and that is because I was wearing my hardshell.
Ah.....thanks. I do tend to use the pit zips a fair bit. Hmm......it looks the nuts though.

Mine arrived today and it is really nice. Some might not like the Hi-Viz Yellow but I quite like it. There is the other option of the Hi-Viz Pink one.

2008 was sulphur already.

But nobody at Rapha remembers the Otto Miller jersey; so who cares.

My new "chartreuse" "Wind Jacket" has just turned up with a tag saying "sulphur" "Stowaway", so make of that what you will... The zip pocket is the newer design though (opens to the left, not the right, and with grey trim).

Anyone heard of the brand Union 34?
Any good?
Just picked up a pair of the trousers from Rutland.
I couldn't find anything online about them. I'll report back once I've had a chance to wear them. At the end of the day it's £20 and my favourite Zara cycling trousers are feeling a little too cold this time of year.
I think their jacket looks like a pretty good buy if you're after a non-cycling looking jacket.

Not a bad shout for £20 let us know how they perform.

After being somewhat taken by the Rapha mesh base layers, and the hooded thick merino base layer. I checked local preducer Devold. Turns out they do both. All be it in 100% merino. So possibly not as hard wearing. Ordering the mesh merino sleeveless now.

What is 309NOK in £££?
-
• #13698
Usually aroung £31.
Not sure what price you guys see on the Rapha site. But the one I see includes international delivery and customs fees. Thus is pricey. Delivery was gratis.
I've tried on a long sleeve version of that vest. So I know the fit and feel of the fabric too. For some reason no local stores stock the vest.

They not even monitoring themselves is what I make of this.
