Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I have the wind jacket and the gilet and the gilet hardly ever gets used to be honest. The WJ is great.

Thats the thing. I have an awesome softshell. But the amount of times I've put it on and regretted it 30mins into a ride.

The wind jacket looks a better bet.

Thats the problem with any jacket for me. I sweat buckets as it is without wearing much, so any jacket causes high levels of discomfort.

I dunno, I just tried a Gabba on and didn't get on with the (MAMIL-unfriendly) shape at all. Very loose around the shoulders and tight at the waist. Interesting fabric though. Time to get 'race fit'

Cool, I'll let you know if I don't hear from SF. The Gabba is a proper race cut jersey. Sizing up just seems to assume you have gym arms & chest, not a beer gut...

I bought a gabba ss jersey. The cut is totally weird tiny waist baggy shoulders and really tight arms. Wetsuit feel to the jersey as well. Defo a try on before u buy affair

i have really skinny arms and waist so was surprised at the fit. It is better 'on the bike' but still odd. Never had the same issue with mavic assos or rapha jerseys but it was cheap from pbk

I've never seen their stuff on sale unless their clearing old stock. Could be wrong though
