    Ebay?

  • Anyone used the winter collar? or have any recommendations for something similar?

I bought one in the sale and have been using it every day since the temperature dropped. It definitely keeps your neck warm from the wind (you can also stretch it balaclava style over your head/under your helmet while at the same time around your neck when it's really cold). But as noted above there are surely cheaper versions out there.

Looks a really nice bit of kit that, £140 though!!!!

  • iirc they were the same price last year

I have a generic topman scarf thats a few years old but its itchy as shit

Seconded. Check eBay. Got mine for about £10-15 new I think. Used it a lot over the past couple of years, still holding up nicely.

  • That's four days.

    Whatever. It's still shit service

    You should threaten them.

  • Gets poor service. Complains about it on Internet forum instead of taking it up with the retailer.

  • Too tight to pay for a better service....

  • It's not poor service though, is it? They clearly state that they expect to take 3-5 working days to despatch orders.

  • When most cycling webstores can offer free postage which often arrives next day, and almost always the day after that, I find Rapha's rather slow delivery service which I have to pay for a little annoying for a premium retailer. But then I'm probably being unrealistic and greedy as free postage from most online shops has made me resent the ones that I have to pay for.

  • ^This

  • Most places do free delivery over £30 or £50 or whatever, meaning you usually have to buy 3 or 4 things or 1 expensive thing. With Rapha you would qualify if you bought even the smallest item.

    Base layers.

I get a lot of use out of the track top, trousers and jeans too.
