thanks stubbs! that was all I needed

You should wait for some people to disagree with me first! I can imagine wearing a shell jacket over the top on really cold/wet days.

I rode through last winter with the winter jersey and just a base layer underneath and it was great even on the coldest days (below freezing.) The vents are perfect for regulating temperature but, as above, if there's a chance of rain take a rain jacket in the (very large) pocket.

dude. $300? don't do it!
Camo cycling kit... just wrong unless you happen to be in some kind of Navy Seal SSCX Armoured division. Then, maybe. But in this case you wouldn't be allowed to tell anyone about wearing it anyway.

What are you talking about? it said MADE IN AMERICA, thereforth it worth that much because stuff that MADE IN AMERICA apparently are amazingly better than stuff that are not MADE IN AMERICA.

That is a rather obtuse comment.
Americans like things to be made within their country because it ultimately supports US industry. It's not linked to an overriding onus on quality. -

Apparently it seemed to indicated exactly that with bicycle component, made with the tear of the bald eagle, wattel of the turkey and the shit of the grizzy bear.

If you are referring to what's on old cannondale's it's because they took pride in building them by hand with an average of 3 man hours spent per frame in the 90's

^ size hoefla?
The winter jersey is essentially a jacket disguised as a jersey, very thick and fleecy. It's been great with just a base layer underneath on these icy Yorks days. The front windproof panels are effective, as is the venting on the sides if you get a bit hot.
