  • really? i dont think i would want to get a 190 quid jacket covered in road clag and chain filth

    You're doing it wrong.

  • The Rapha gear is excellent . The quality and fabrics justify the price.

  • Does anyone have a Lombardia jersey?

I have one but it's a touch on the large side and was wondering if there's any shrinkage when washing it?

Too pricey for me. Can't you say you've lost weight and ask Rapha to swap?

  • I think a size down (even if it was available) would be a little bit too avant-garde even for a cycling jersey.

I think I'll try the trusted and very hit-or-miss tumble dryer method of fitting it. Wish me luck and watch out for it on ebay if it all goes wrong....

  • Only £25

  • mine arrived this morning!

  • mine arrived this morning!

    Are you joking?

  • From early 2011 I believe.

Still, it's worth posting again for those that missed it.

  • They put a lot of work into it. Nice and expensive looking site

  • They've 'refreshed' it for this season, which is why it's going round again. It's still not very funny, though. So much effort, so few lolz.

  • Much much more worthy, Americas greatest ever cyclist:

  • Giro were paying attention when doing the Rapha shoes. Urban cycling range in merino, shorts, shirts, offset zips in the gilets. Bib shorts with a fly and back pockets are actually interesting.

  • Look like it could even usurp Swrve.

  • like the look of those gloves

  • It all looks promising, any idea on price yet?

  • The trainers look super tarded....They'll fit right in with the 'trainers' mob.

  • I think that they look a damn site better than many cycling shoes that are supposed to look casual.

  • Let's hope the price point isn't at the Outlier end of the spectrum.

Anyone interested in a large NIB black gingham shirt? it's from over a year back and basically has a bigger pattern than the current one (much better looking imo). If not, ebay.

  • The transfer jacket is seducing me..

  • ^^Price? Potential dibs.

  • Bear in mind the latitude difference between dammit and smallfurry...

  • Had a good ride today followed by a well-earned shower. The Rapha soap totally made it. It was like showering in pure luxury (or pure Rapha).

Still not regretting my decision to buy that. Would recommend.

(Seriously, it smells phenomenal and is very good soap).

(It's also very gentle to road rash and other broken-skin injuries, as I found out a couple of weeks ago).
