Where do I find this dov painter? tried searching DOV in members search but no one was obvious!

You have to find him at the ever moving west beers which he occasionally attends. When you get there ask ask for "the Concorde" and wink with your left eye.

A bit too crypic for me, colourtech it is then ! Unless anyone has a handy contact for someone to re-paint some forks?!

Dov came round and painted it while I watched Secret Millionaire very happy with the job, cheap too, did it for a beer!

There's a second hand bike shop in Cambridge that I think has a guy who does all kind of crazy spraypaint jobs on old bikes for promotional purposes, i forget where exactly.

is Dov branching out to Cambs?

You don't get hold of him, his 6th sense will let him know if you are worthy and he will find you.

I believe asm's last batch of Aerospokes came through a bit scratched so he's a bit busy re-finishing them.

oh right! I thought something seemed amiss... I guess powdercoat. It's my first attempt at a restoration so I'm not too sure really. I was going to attempt the paint job myself but I don't have a dust-free, well-ventilated area that I could set aside. Except for a toilet, but a three-day wait might get quite uncomfortable. It's a 1981 Carlton Super Course reynolds 531 frame. Just need a bit of the forks, chain stays and seat stays masked off. I'm in two minds about lug-lining. Could be good as the frame has really nice lug work, but I think it can look a bit OTT
