Smashed col du agnes' box in yesterday. Won the double points climb over all the others. Nearest rival came in 3.50 after me. Mick and darren. Poor jason has been broken good and proper. Fatties can win climbs! Avg power up was 307watts. Just over 1hr for the 17k climb. Took ages and shitloads of beer to recover. Legs still not sore today. I need to enter some races in 2 weeks. Smashin time.

Astana soap opera continues; Levi's out with a broken wrist.

He must've run over a lot of black cats in his time, he's forever crashing out of major races. All that riding with his nose firmly wedged up Armstrong's crevice might not help mind.

Astana soap opera continues; Levi's out with a broken wrist.
less painful than the GC humiliation he was heading for, i think.

i hope there are going to be some GC attacks this week BEFORE the TT and Ventoux - surely those who aren't contador need to try to gain some time in hand before they head up Ventoux? this last week has been really dull, frankly, and bloody Nocentini needs thatjersey taking off him, really.

The BBC text bloke is going to spend the entire day trying not to use the word 'Jersey' in the TDF live text... at least i know what all my hard earned tv license cashmonies go on then!!

Anyone skiving today and fancy Offside? I'll be there about 1 if you want to pop in.

Dropped my powertap on the descent when the mount snapped. Hit the brakes and swung around almost losing it inthe process at 75k haha wac
Lots of switchbacks. Awesome view with some snow up high still.
Smashed the return home with darren and jas just to seal the deal.
Weather turned last night with big storm and it's now a bit damp and windy. It was damn hot yesterday. Took ages to drink enough. Might have a day off today before heading back to toulouse tomorrow

What's happened to Boonen, TdF site reel is saying he's been crapped out the back. They are off the summit though. Perhaps he's having a bit of a bad come down.

Today is the kind of day you wouldn't put a dog out in. It's pissing down in the Vosges. A break of two, Chavanel and Haussler, have a 3:30 gap on the favourites but it's coming down fast. There's 60 kms still to go.

Accordig to the official site, the KOM is off the back. Someone needs a WTF jersey.
-

The yellow jersey has been dropped too. Pellizotti just took either 3rd or 4th on the 1st cat climb so he'll be in polka dots tonight I think.

i'm at work and can't seem to even get the flash-cartoon-rider thing properly. why is cavendish delayed?
Since when did that count for anything? Has he ever organised a ride? Given useful info on chain lines? He doesn't even have a gold star next to his name.
Apparently he's an ace mimic; anyone find footage of that and I'll kiss them (or not).
