For a complete bike or frame? £300 isn't expensive for a complete bike. The ones selling like hotcakes for the last 3 years have been more like £400-450.

£300 for a frame-only is probably expensive, especially if it turn out to be those cromo, (nowt wrong with it really), in that case, alternative frame are better value, like Bob Jackson, 14 Bikes, etc.

I prefer my langster to any other bike I've ridden, And I've ridden a solid gold bianchi pista concept with hewn diamond aerospokes.

I'd probably buy this if it came out, for that reason alone. Despite the fact that it is a completely different bike.

I liked my Langster a lot, with asm, they are great fun to rag around the streets on.

i lot of snobby crap has been talked here about a total rumour. if that langster has been well made out of good tubes and rides well and has all that chrome then £300 might not be all that bad. plus, being red, it'll be really fast. bob jackson and the like occupy a really great niche but what they do isn't rocket science FFS. bring it on, could be nice (could also be a mass produced turd of course).

the kind of people who will buy a langster frame are rather different from a bob jackson/blb/14 customer. i think it looks alright, actually. i'm glad they didnt go for a tacky "theme" paintjob.
