Need some advice. I have a hunting knife that needs sharpening up. It was delivered pretty blunt. I have made an attempt at this but I do not trust myself to do it properly. Whats the best bet call a mobile sharpening company?

Posted this up in a couple of places, forgot we had a knife porn thread.
Anyone have any suggestions for a good filleting knife? I have just spent a fruitless couple of hours or so, increasingly wanting to throw the blunt as fuck, or just slightly sharper serrated knives that the airbnb apartment I'm renting down in Spain has mutilating fish as I've tried to fillet them, that has reminded me I need one for my own home for when I next go to billingsgate and buy copious amounts of seafood.
Suggestions? Should I just go and buy a sabatier?
Any reasonable advice appreciated? -

Of the three, the vitorinox one felt the nicest in my hand. All come with in your budget and nesbetts is near brick lane.

I suspect that this is the Pompino of the knife world, but has been more than adequate for any proper camping or backwoods stuff I've done. Stupidly sharp.
Couple of Leathermans and various Swiss Army knives lying around as well.

A browse around the cheap section of Heinnie Haynes this week got me a decent little pocket knife and a solid all round blade for about a tenner!

I was looking at that hultafors heavy duty knife on german amazon. I found a review.
in a google translate makes a lol shocker:
First, you must make clear that there is a utility knife. Knife lovers
will make other claims. The blade is very sharp, the blade is very
stable (2.5 mm). The handle is rubberized It is easy to grip and fits
comfortably in your hand. By the orange color trims on the handle, it
is also good to find. The vagina is totally ok for the stated purpose,
very functional, very robust, the knife securely holds. To be improved
would be fitting to wider belts (more than 40 mm and more than 2.5 mm
thickness). Unfortunately, this is not possible. But the attachment of
the vagina to a button is possible. -

But the attachment of the vagina to a button is possible.
Carnation in buttonhole, vagina on button - certain to create a very harmonious look for the modern man-about-town.

Cheers for the tips. Hopefully I'll get a bit of use out of it! It'd be a shame for it to sit in a drawer.
