Anyone know if 28c fits in Parallax fork?

I don't think so...25 is even pushing it when you start to get crud, etc up in that gap.

Anyone interested in an OG Mash in XL? Thomson seatpost and clamp included.

I'm in the process of fitting some 28c hardshells on open pro's, 99% sure they will fit okay, will soon find out!

Please post up some pictures when you do. I'll most likely be running wider rims than open pros but I'm not sure how that affects the clearance, if at all.

Another thing slightly putting me off putting bigger tyres on is the toe overlap. I've never had any problems on any other frames but the parallax seems to have a crazy overlap. Almost got caught out when track standing the other day.

I used mine with 23c, 25c and finally 28c (Vittoria Zaffiro) through the winter.
Rims were Open Pro. Never had a problem, but definitely best to avoid mud and such.

Just putting the tube in and i'll snap some pics. You get used to toe over lap, just a bit sketchy at first.

Here you go, clearance with a 28c hardshell on a open pro, not even tight, although i recon a wider rim may affect side clearance on a 28 as a gp4000 on a tb14 is about the same.

The wider rims allow the tyres to sit a little lower, the fact you only need to run 10-15psi lower also helped too.

Yeah as long as your spokes are tight and you got no wheel flex, should be fine!
