The only changes on my bike that I can say I have really noticed are tyre changes.
Going from a 500g tyre to a 250g tyre is noticeable. All other changes of the same sort of weight elsewhere have gone undetected.

I rode my Steamroller and Dolan with pretty much the same parts, i could go just as fast on either bike if i wanted to, but my average speed on either was much different, just because of the feel from each bike, even needed a higher gear on the Dolan because of it.

Cinelli might be China made, but the design and precision that goes into those frames are second to none. Yes hipster tax applies, but still...

Just buy the frame, you know you want to and that's reason enough. I couldn't really afford mine when I bought it and I don't regret it at all.
