That's because it's a show bicycle set by a collector.

Bit late to this. Those are bad examples, they show bars with no drop and no flat area in the reach.
By and large most pro tt bikes of the era had their bullhorns angled upwards a little (which suprisingly is pretty ergonomic too...)

Get the cheaper frame, spend the extra on nicer components? Unless you can afford to do both.
-
• #1385
Why not get a 14R?
-
• #1386
they're a bit ugly no?

Hey people, looking into get a Vigorelli over the next few months, have a habbit of changing my mind though.
should i do it?
-
• #1388
do itttt.
I love mine.
-
• #1389
pffft..just get an old mash and a custom paint job. way radder.
-
• #1390
get a Gitane ;)
-
• #1391
Did originally like the mash, but not that sure now, i probably wont slam the stem and i need a small size so it dosn't make much sense getting it
Thinking of using the Vig' as a fixed gear road bike style thing, bottle cage, spd's maybe, built for doing some distance, training rides, ect.

I haven't changed my mind, Gitane for local stuff, to lock up n so on, then on my days off put my lycra on and ride the Vig'

Dolan fxe pls
Much better for it and way more reasonably priced.

Dolan fxe is good, but dosn't really tickle my fancy, i need something that will make me want to go and ride it, fxe dosn't really do that for me

Shoulda kept your Precursa.. its ideal for that!

Yeah the Dolan was good to me, did so many miles on that over last summer, but now i can afford to pay more and get some better/lighter parts to
something along the lines of these...

This is pretty much what mine gets used for... it mainly wears drops and hoods for club rides and training, or time trial setup during the season. Also got risers for twatting around town on. It's a pretty versatile frame tbh, always wants to ride fast

Looks great man, also thought of trying some time trials my self later in the year. doesn't look like it would take much effort to get it ready for one.
If anyone is thinking of selling their Vigorelli frame PM me :)
Thanks
