I did something similar. I stuck a picture of a melon (guess his nickname) over my pals passport photo just before he went to the post office to use it for ID. Hilarity, as always. ensued.

Which tenuously leads me on to another one. I printed out an A4 close up of a lady's grumble folder it up and popped in a colleagues coat pocket for no reason other than for the lulz. Turns out on his way home he bumped into an old girlfriend got chatting, went for a drink then when at the end of the pleasant drinks went to exchange numbers (pre mobile era) He patted himself down for something to write on and found loosely concealed folded bit of paper. Not knowing what it was he opened it up in front of her.

They lived happily ever after I believe.

^^Kinda, she's technically called shishibacca, which is some poorly translated mishmash of japanese and chinese that kind of means stupid lion and sounds a bit like chewbacca. But she has always been called catface, my daughter only knows her as catface, I introduce her as catface. My daughter is called childface.

I call our cat Catface, or cat for short.

It's a good name. Traditional.
